1. Diagnostic kit for detection of COVID 19 :
Our research team has developed highly sensitive and specific RT-LAMP based kit for the detection of COVID 19. Clinical validation demonstrated 97.7 % sensitivity and 100% specificity for COVID-19 detection.

This technology has many advantages over the standard RT-qPCR technology :

• RT-LAMP operate at a constant temperature,so that expensive thermal cycler is not required.
• Visual detection by simple color change which eliminates the the need for very costly real time PCR machines.
• Assay is so fast that results can be obtained at 30 mins
• Cost effective and simple

2. Diagnostic kit for detection of HPV16/18:
Our research team has developed a highly sensitive, specific & cost effective PCR based kit to evaluate the prevalence and distribution of high-risk HPV16/18 types with help of gene specific primers.The kit demonstrated good specificity and sensitivity on clinical samples.
